Giving & Going on Gospel Mission

Sep 8, 2024

Today, we read from Acts 11:26c-30, reflecting on the early church's journey in Antioch. This passage reminds us of the importance of being part of a Christ-centered community and the power of the gospel to unite people across diverse backgrounds. We celebrate the milestones in our church's history and God's faithfulness from the inception of our church plant in Trenton to the generous gift of the Shady Rest Bible Church property.

As we look back on God's provision, we also look forward with anticipation. We are called to resist complacency and consumerism, and instead, continue living on gospel mission. Our mission is to connect people to the love of Jesus and help them live out that mission. We stand at an inflection point, poised for a gospel breakthrough, and committed to moving forward for the glory of God.

Join us as we celebrate God's goodness, faithfulness, and power, and dedicate our building expansion to His glory. Let us consecrate ourselves to the mission of connecting more people to Jesus. Through joyful generosity and a commitment to go beyond our walls, we embrace the call to make a difference in our community and beyond. Together, we resist the inward pull towards comfort and instead, live out our calling to serve and reach others for Christ.
