The Search Intro

We’re all searching for something ... for meaning ... truth ... joy ... fulfillment

Yet we can’t seem to find it ... 

In the Gospel of John, Jesus encounters all kinds of people and they’re all searching ...

insiders and outsiders ... rich and poor ...

the desperate and despondent ... the lost and the found

And their search is our search ... 

We were made for God and our hearts are restless until they find rest in Him

We’re all searching for God, yet we can’t seem to find Him....

That’s why the Father sent his Son Jesus ... the Son of Man came to seek and save the lost.
